Personal Training
1 on 1 Training- $75 Per session. Each Session is 45 minutes in Length & meets a minimum of 2X per week, with unlimited C-Fusion Classes. Customized meal plans are included
Partner Training- 2-3 People $60 Per person Per session. Minimum of 2x per week. 45 minutes in length.
APP-Adult Performance Program $199 per month. This Program meets 3 times per week and is Designed to improve athletic performance, lose body fat and tone the Body. This is a small group training program with a maximum of 10 participants. Burn Fat & reach those goals. Lets GO!!
